The meeting of the Situationist International held in Paris on 15 January 1967 has established that particularly base calumnies have been flung against Mustapha Khayati by three members of the SI, acting in collusion, for tactical reasons and to camoflauge their own manoeuvres.
The lies of Theo Frey, Jean Garnault and Herbert Holl having come to the fore, they have been excluded on the spot, and the SI will naturally refuse all contact with whomever compromises themselves with them in the future.
