On the one hand, I formally prohibit you from publishing Volume II of Panegyric, the montage of which you have sent me and doesn't at all correspond to what I envisioned.
On the other hand, and due to the many difficulties that oppose us, I entrust the defense of my interests to Mr Y. Cournot, advocate to the court in which I demand to make contact with you.
