Not only have the Lebovicis[1] not done the necessary accounting, but they have [also] not confirmed in any manner that they have actually pulped the books in question, and they have not actually dissolved their Company, as they have been announcing for nearly four months.
Thus I ask you to begin the procedure to obtain a judgment on appeal that declares me free of all engagements vis-a-vis this publishing house and also requires a court officer to demand the accounts.
