What follows is agreed upon by the signatories.

On 4 November 1974, Gérard Lebovici, Gérard Guégan, Jean-Yves Guiomar, Alain Le Saux and Raphael Sorin separated by communal agreement. They will from now on refrain from all commentary on the reasons for this separation, with the exception of a single personal convenience. If one of the parties comes to give an account of another version, the debate will immediately be brought before the public.
