Nadezha Tolokonnikova of Pussy Riot is half-way through her two-year-long prison sentence. In September 2013, she began a hunger strike to protest against the slave-labor practices of the prison in which she is being kept. Though health concerns and being forced into isolation caused her to stop her strike, she managed to bring much-needed attention to her plight and the plight of her fellow innates.
The efforts now undertaken (October 2013) by the informal group called the International Friends of Pussy Riot to contact her and show her support are embodiments of the principles espoused by Pussy Riot itself. We are anonymous; we are international in composition; we are non-hierarchical in our organization; and we seek to connect with Nadezha Tolokonnikova directly, without the mediation of the State.
The following is her address in prison and a generic message to send her.

Dear Nadezhda,
We write to express, in the firmest terms, our continuing solidarity with your struggle. We have heard that your hunger strike has recently ended, and we hope that your health and resolve remain strong. Your efforts have shone harsh light on the cruelty and injustice of the system that imprisons you, and we applaud you. As international citizens of humanity, we keep you in our thoughts, and maintain the highest respect for your brave and honorable actions.
In solidarity,
International Friends of Pussy Riot
